Short-Order Matching for Accounting Project

Situation

An international manufacturer of chip testing equipment was involved with a special tax and accounting project.  They needed to speed up the financial close process without missing any tax deductions and revenue recognition that could be identified during a detailed review.  The Tax Director, head of the project, was not pleased with the quality of consultants being identified by the on-site staff augmentation vendor and wasn’t certain where the talent would come from to meet their need. 

Solution

The Director met with our representative, even though he had never worked with Kforce.  After our representative shared Kforce’s abilities and differentiators with the Director, our representative asked if there were any specific projects with which we could help.  The Director saw his opportunity and explained that the right match could not be found for the financial close project since there were only 15 people in town who could do the job and he was one of them.

Outcome
