Delivering the best services starts with the best people.  We make sure you get the best through measures like:

  • Requiring consultants to complete an additional 20 Continuing Education credits annually
  • Using a thorough screening and hiring process, in which only 20% of our applicants are hired
  • Requiring coding consultants to pass a 4-hour assessment, written test and have excellent references
  • Requiring a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Requiring a minimum of one of the following credentials: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H, MT, CTR

There’s no substitute for experience.  When we hire professionals, we make sure they have the training, credentials and knowledge to make a difference at your facility.  Our consultants have an average of 10.7 years of field experience, which means you can be confident they that they will fit seamlessly into your operation.  Due to our required training, all consultants are proficient in the most updated industry software, resulting in their being effective members of your team right from the start.
