As a staffing specialist, we realize that “one size does not fit all”.  Therefore, we offer several staffing solutions for our clients.

Temporary – We provide staff for a designated period of time to work on your pressing projects.  By utilizing our services when and where you need them, you realize the benefits of experienced knowledge workers without the associated costs of traditional employees.

Direct Placement – Our “Search” model finds workers to fill your vacant job openings or newly created positions.  Our fee is earned when we find the right person for your needs.

Temp to Hire – This “hybrid” provides our clients the opportunity to utilize a worker on a temporary basis and, when desired, extend a direct job offer.  This flexibility is very appealing to many of our clients.

Outplacement Services - OnStaff outplacement services are designed to re-employ our clients’ laid-off or terminated employees as quickly as possible.  We work hand-in-hand with the client and the employee to assure that the client is relieved of high unemployment costs while the employee is given opportunities for new employment.
