COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS IT SERVICES – STAFF AUGMENTATION FULL SERVICE CONTRACTORS - ITS43STAFFAUGCAT1

The ITS43 Staff Augmentation Full Service Contract (also known as Staff Augmentation General Purpose) is the primary contract used by Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to secure the services of specific labor skills on a temporary basis to supplement their existing information technology staff.  IT Staff Augmentation companies such as Kforce are sometimes known as “IT Staffing Companies.”  All work done under the Contract is compensated on a time and materials basis. 

The ITS43 Contract is also available for use by other eligible Massachusetts entities listed on the Issuer(s) tab on Comm-PASS.  These entities include: 

• Cities, towns, districts, counties and other political subdivisions;
• Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches, including all Departments and elected offices therein;
• Independent public authorities, commissions and quasi-public agencies;
• Local public libraries, public school districts and charter schools;
• Public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
• Public institutions of higher education;
• Public purchasing cooperatives;
• Non-profit, UFR-certified organizations that are doing business with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
• Other states and territories with no prior approval by the State Purchasing Agent required; and
• Other entities when designated in writing by the State Purchasing Agent.

ITS43 is limited to companies that have been in business for at least two years providing IT Staff Augmentation services.  To qualify, companies had to have the ability to provide a wide range of technical staff.  Under the “Full Service” contract companies must have the capability to locate qualified candidates and match them to the job postings from contracting departments.  Kforce substantially exceeds all of these qualification requirements and has been a vendor to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under the predecessor Contracts to ITS43 (ITS33 and ITS23).  Our account management team has over 10 years experience supporting Commonwealth of Massachusetts agencies in meeting their IT staffing requirements.
