Training
Kforce’s award-winning Training Department offers state-of-the-art technology along with expert instructors to give our sales associates all the tools you need to succeed. The Kforce Training Department is comprised of two groups: Operations and Documentation, each with its own major contributions to the Firm.
The award-winning documentation group provides quality training materials such as computer based trainings (CBTs) and online tutorials, training guides, quick reference cards and online help in support of projects and firm-wide initiatives.
The operations group provides onboarding through their award winning KWAY-ONE Online Training Program, access to numerous online trainings such as SemCo for our Technology Group and eLearning through NETg/SkillSoft for all core employees, as well as coordinates all New Hire Training programs held at our corporate headquarters in Tampa, FL.
