Business Systems Analyst   Kforce is seeking Business Systems Analysts in Chicago, IL for exclusive contract opportunities with a global leader in financial services. The employer’s Chicago office is conveniently located near train stations for an easy commute. Previous experience as a business analyst, systems analyst or business systems analyst and BA/BS degree is highly desired. Client is open to visa transfer sponsorship.   Responsibilities

• Documents business, functional, and data requirements, and communicates these requirements to the development team for design and implementation of business solutions
  
• Facilitates requirements and design sessions with business and IT
  
• Helps shape the vision of longer-term requirements, understands and participates in project planning and estimating
  
• Communicates business priorities to the technology development teams in order to drive effective business solutions
  
• Experience with documenting and managing data dictionaries, data quality rules, and data mappings document is required
  
• Summarize analysis from research performed and then present conclusions to technical and business team members
  
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports, Access, Excel, Business Objects, and Microsoft Reporting Services is an asset
  
• Require to support monthly and migration releases over weekend and overnight
  
• Consult with client to understand the integration of the firm’s data files into their operational processes
  
• Review product functionality and standard offerings to determine if they can meet client needs
  
• Facilitate client development using the standard transaction file
  
• Document business requirements if custom solution is required
  
• Set client expectations on Service Level Agreements, timelines and client tasks
  
• Provide timely communications to clients if dates will not be met
  
• Escalate to management if client issues arise
  
• Understand and document client testing requirements
  
• Make recommendations on either standard or custom files to ensure that our clients are offered best-in-class service
  
• Work with clients to write requirements for custom objects
  
• Propose solutions based on best practices as well as the client's individual requirements
  
• Participate in calls with technology to help ensure that the client's needs are completely and thoroughly understood
  
• Liaison with CAS, client and other groups in order to resolve client issues
  
• Participate in product training and workshops to ensure that you have a complete and thorough understanding of all solution options available
  
• Manage client pipeline; provide pipeline reporting
  
• Work with UAT (and QA) testing teams to be sure that client’s requirements are thoroughly tested
