Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) Job Description

• Execution of clinical trials from protocol through clinical study report
• Follow established SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines
• Operational feasibility and study plan execution
• Manage process improvement initiatives
• Selection and management of external vendors and development of vendor specifications
• Prepare project debriefs and provide study-specific training and leadership
• Lead study-specific meetings

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
• 5+ years in clinical development
• Prior experience monitoring clinical studies preferred
