We also discuss the latest push to exempt small public companies from Section 404(b), auditor attestation, and touch on the surprising decision by the SEC to grant its fourth extension on the requirement. Finally, we share the results of last month’s “Going Green” Survey, which was designed to identify if and how companies are working to lessen their environmental impact.
