This month, we review a study by a SOX research and consulting firm that indicates SOX delays provided little benefit to non-accelerated filers.  We share the latest information on a Memorandum of Understanding between the IASB and the FASB in a compelling article.  Lastly, we present the results to our first survey which was featured in last month's Kronicle.
