In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting professionals (entry level to CFOs). The Account Executive is responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation, and monitoring of accounts. Business development activities include: sourcing, qualifying clients, identifying potential decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, working with internal recruiters, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and scheduling client visits. Our business relies highly on repeat business therefore strong relationships and working with people in a fast-paced team environment. Must have:

  • 2 years of experience in business to business sales
  • Preferably in the staffing industry
  • Must be self motivated, and possess a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
  • The ability to proficiently handle difficult client negotiations with professionalism and respect is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A B.A./B.S. degree is preferred
