Functional Analyst

This position will serve as a liaison between the internal customers and information technology to ensure customer requirements are accurately documented and communicated. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage small application projects duties include but not limited to: provides direction, coordinate, develop and execute results
• Performs a lead role for large projects in the requirement gathering process
• Analyze, identify, gather, and document requested proposed (system or procedural) user modifications via standard requirements document, flow charting and demonstration systems
• Coordinate and consult on departmental projects working with development and training teams
• Develop user acceptance and quality assurance test cases
• Collect and report progress reports to management
• Provide Tier 2 support to Technical Support and Corporate Helpdesk to troubleshoot and correct productions issues
• Assist with interpretation of the firm’s policy and procedures and partner with internal and external customers to help meet their business needs
