| Description: Our client, a very dynamic International Asset Management firm, is searching for an experienced tax professional to join their NYC office. This is a newly created role due to company growth and a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a move to a financially stable firm. This will be a very visible role within a company that loves to promote their professionals based on performance and not tenure. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the FAS 109 reporting, tax compliance, tax research and review of domestic tax and some international tax.

| Requirements: You must be a FAS 109 Expert with at least 8+ years of tax experience with a public/private combination (private being the most recent experience). You must be able to do the tax accounting work (consolidated journal entries, tax provisions, tax accruals, etc.). This role requires that you are skilled in tax compliance, tax research and tax reporting. A CPA is not required but is preferred.
