| Description: A Software Training and Technical Support Specialist is sought for a growing Central Massachusetts client. Join a national practice and clinical management software company. This person will act as a Software Training Technical Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for timely resolution of client software support calls, with regard to the use of Lytec Medical Practice Management software and clinical applications. This person will roll out electronic Medical records at physicians offices.

| Requirements: Experience with McKesson EMR is a plus. Training and/or support experience in electronic medical records, ability to clearly instruct and direct others, good listening skills, eagerness to learn, team oriented, highly organized, experience in medical billing/medical office procedures. Technical skills will be based on experience and assessed during interview process. Candidates must be full-time. There is 75% of New England/ local day travel. EMR service and support, software training, troubleshooting, any McKesson product experience is a plus.
