| Description: Our client is seeking a Director of Finance. The hours are 9a-6p. This person will bring Finance and management expertise to assist the Client in achieving short term and long term expectations and goals.

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Must have BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must have a MBA or CPA
- NFP or Charter Schools would be ideal
- Knowledge of NFP accounting fund and grant accounting, compliance and reporting
- Managing financial audits including OMB Circular A133
