Description: This person will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the design, implementation and support for one program with multiple projects. Activities include coordinating resources, schedules, task assignments, and project plans. This person serves as the planning leader for the project team; provides advice on methods and recommends changes in project management processes, standards and strategies; and provides resolution of major issues and manages project interdependencies and handoffs. This person manages overall project communication and resolves issues; leads the preparation of business case, cost/benefit analysis, and risk assessment; and oversees the development of recommendations regarding process design solutions and process improvements.
This Project Manager will be leading an effort in the area of Workforce Planning and Talent Management. Experience in this area and/or Human Resources is required. This person must have 3-6 years of experience. PMP is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review database design specifications
- Review CRF content versus global object library to ensure consistency and standardization within the database
- Assist in the development of CRF and validation specifications
- Assist in performing validation procedure testing
- Design and create clinical databases including Remote data Capture
- Program data checks within the database and/or SAS
- Develop systems for data entry and data review that comply with all relevant regulations
- Help define appropriate summaries and data presentations for internal and external use
- Be responsible for validation and quality assurance of any output produced for specific projects

Requirements: Oracle Clinical Database Analyst Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of programming experience in the device, pharmaceutical, and CRO industry
- Experience with development, validation, execution, maintenance, documentation, and archival of Clinical Data targeted for regulatory submission is required
- Oracle Database experience
- Must have primary experience with Oracle Clinical
