Title:  Data Cleansing Lead Analyst

Description:  As the selected Analyst you must have an understanding of government financial management policies and procedures (to include familiarity with the Defense financial Acquisition Regulation-DFAR and Defense financial Management Regulation-DoDFMR Guidance). Other Functions:
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage multiple tasks and possess strong project management skills
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to changing client needs in a dynamic environment
  • Utilize excellent oral and writing skills
  • Manage a geographically dispersed team
  • Utilize Microsoft Access (database management) and research skills
  • Research issues/questions and identify root causes
  • Quickly revise and implement efficient and effective processes, as required
  • Utilize your thorough understanding of financial transactions in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Cycle
Requirements:  To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in one or more of the functional areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting
  • SAP experience with P2P modules (eProcurement and Finance); Project Management experience is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required
  • Graduate degree is preferred
  • PMP and/or CPA are plusses
  • Understanding of government Financial management policies and procedures to include familiarity with the Defense Financial Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoDFMR) Guidance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
