| Description: A prestigious, top growth company seeks a Financial Reporting Manager! This person will have responsibility for all SEC related filings, including the company's 10Ks, 10-Qs, and other periodic reports. In addition to preparing 10-Ks and 10-Qs, this person will also prepare/compile a balance sheet, statement of operations, and statements of cash flows as well as footnotes to consolidated financial statements for external Reporting. You will work with various members of the company's Executive Team and individuals across functional areas on accounting topics and special projects. Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6-10+ years of combined working experience with SEC experience to include a minimum 4 years of relevant public accounting experience, preferably in the Big 4
- CPA (strongly preferred)
- Great presentation and communication skills
