Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Provides senior consultant support in budget formulation and execution for the client
- Advises managers on Financial and program metrics. Prepares and participates in Monthly Program Management Reviews to senior level management
- Executes and maintains the daily monitoring of cash balances prepares and executed funding requisitions for the Division. Interacts with internal and external customers to assure that requisitions are properly executed within Finance Division's established guidelines
- Manages and reconciles budget commitments and obligations against the budget baseline and appropriated budgets
- Successfully manages Government spend plan formulation and variance analysis of budget vs. actual
- Creates and analyzes monthly and daily Financial reports for Section Unit Chief and his direct reports. Provides advice to Program Management on resolving budgetary constraints
- Attends meeting with program and Financial management teams

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Advanced degree in a business-related field is desirable
