The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Manage a team of 5 professionals
- Manage the accounting and financial reporting for the Firm's significant incentive and deferred compensation plans, including hedging strategies
- Manage and prepare SEC reporting
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the team in support of Human Resources, Legal Entity Controllers and Line of Business Controllers
- Prepare/Review routine analysis and answer ad hoc requests for analysis
- Provide analysis for plan design changes upon request
- Support Corporate Accounting Policies in handling technical accounting issues and questions
- Lead on-going project work
- Manage/Review relevant Sarbanes-Oxley work for the subject areas

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- At least a baccalaureate degree in Accounting
- CPA is required
- At least 10 years of financial reporting experience
- Public accounting experience is preferred (Big 6)
- SEC reporting Experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Project management experience
- Equity compensation accounting experience is a plus
- Exceptional technical accounting, communication and process improvement skills
- Must be accustomed to working in a very fast paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
- Strong systems skills (Excel, SAP)
- Accustomed to balancing both business as usual work and project work
- Strong leadership mentality and work ethic "do what it takes" attitude
- Strong problem solving skills including design and implementation of solutions to technical accounting issues
- Flexibility
- Aptitude to quickly learn and apply technical accounting processes
- Strong attention to detail
