| Description: Our client is seeking a Payroll Manager with a combination of Payroll and accounting experience for their Reading area location. The position is responsible for managing the Payroll system and providing accurate Payroll services for multiple North America locations This high profile position will handle all related Payroll and benefit general accounting requirements including journal entries, analysis and reconciliation of related general ledger accounts. As the Payroll Manager, you will also interact with Federal, state and local tax agencies to ensure compliance with Payroll withholding, sales and use reporting and tax laws include filing of returns, coordination of assessments and audits. In addition, you will also perform other general accounting and month end closing duties as needed.

Requirements: The skill set and experience should be 75% payroll experience and 25% general accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- 5 plus years of progressive payroll and/ general accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive approach to business issues
- Strong system skills and experience with ADP (implementation experience also a plus)
