| Description: This individual will be called upon to play the primary role for the Budget Task Order Team in the preparation of A-123 documentation including PCMs, Flowcharts, Risk Analyses, Control Analyses, and Test Plans as well as the follow-up on Corrective Action Plans. The Principal will also assist in some of the Task Order Team LLAD management tasks to include plan development and measuring progress.

Requirements: Knowledge of USSGL and the ability to analyze posting logic issues is important.
KGS-Principal Qualifications:
- CPA
- Government financial audit experience
- Knowledge of A-123 requirements; controls
- Familiarity with control testing and development of control test plans
- Experience with process analysis and documentation including analysis to support flow charting
- Knowledge of federal accounting and USSGL
- Experience in working in an on-site government support environment
