| Description: A large, well known company in Northern Delaware seeks a Financial Analyst to support Equity Compensation! This person will manage responsibilities related to Equity Compensation including monthly finance calls with the region to discuss equity compensation issues; system reconciliations to ensure monthly data presented to the field is appropriate and accurate; involvement on new or upcoming projects from a financial planning/ reconcilement perspective; performance review of various global G/L reconcilements; annual report and MD/A compilation for SEC reporting purposes; and other special projects! | Requirements: Selected candidates must possess a Bachelors degree, and 3+ years of experience in financial analysis specifically supporting equity compensation. Candidates must have strong verbal and written skills with English. Experience must include strong financial analysis and GL knowledge. A great personality and go-getter attitude is a must!
