| Description: This person provides technical expertise to manage the Enterprise Directory Services, which includes the Active Directory (AD) Forest and Exchange Messaging Directory, with an in-depth understanding of AD and Exchange deployment and maintainability. This person will assist with AD and Exchange planning, setup, deployment, testing, and maintainability; oversee/admin/maintain the Active Directory forest and DNS namespace; and ensure appropriate delegation of Directory permissions as directed by the government.

Requirements: Required Skills:
- Prefer a current MCSE or MCSA in Microsoft Server 2003: there is the preference that individual has passed Microsoft exam 70-284, implementing and managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
- Must have a least 12 months of experience in enterprise-level AD operations
- At least 6 months of experience with Exchange 2003 in large enterprise-level operations with greater than 10K users
- Enterprise experience with Exchange 5.5 and 2003 interoperability
- Technical knowledge and experience with DNS, WINS, and DHCP
- An Active Directory Administrator with demonstrated understanding of AD operations and maintainability
- Experience with the following tools: Dcdiag, NetDiag, Replmon, Repadmin, Group Policy management console, GPResult, RSOP, directory service event log analysis, Ultrasound, Sonar, Ntfrsutil, ExDeploy tools, performance and stress tools, WinRoute, ExMerge, DNSLint, nslookup and DNS event log analysis
- Strong protocol and network skills including mastery of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, and LDAP
- Experience in RIM blackberry operations is preferred, but not required
