| Description: A world class financial services company in New York City seeks an Associate, Business Analyst - Operations. This individual will be responsible for the renovation of core systems and processes that support the global FID and Equity client processing groups. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the renovation projects and will be responsible for interfacing with the stakeholders in FID and Equity cash client processing teams, technology teams, and both upstream and downstream processing groups.

| Requirements: Qualifying for this opportunity requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management/business analysis. Candidates will need excellent organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with different teams across function and/or geographic lines. Proficiency is required in Access/VBA and SQL. Knowledge of FID and Equity products is a big plus. Knowledge of Sybase, Oracle, or DB2 is a plus.
