| Description: In this exciting, visible role; you will support the Senior Benefits System Analyst in liaising with Corporate Benefits and Information Systems personnel to support Corporate Benefit's business needs through information systems. You will work closely with Corporate Benefits management and staff on e-initiatives as well as on all system activities: design, enhancements, upgrades, testing, procedures, documentation, and training. This position responds to numerous requests for benefit information while providing the highest level of responsiveness and customer service. You will also maintain financial and banking structures for all self-insured plans used by the Actuary and Financial Departments.

| Requirements: To be considered for the challenging opportunity with the premier New York City Insurance firm, you should have four or more years of experience in areas of Employee Benefits, FSA, and Payroll. You will need working knowledge of Medicare Part D, state health reform regulations, Section 111 plans, Section 125 plans, health & welfare benefit programs, and an understanding of benefits/Payroll interdependencies. Thorough knowledge is required in all aspects of employee benefits administration and applicable federal and state laws.
