| Description: Our client, a leading marketing analytics consulting firm that helps Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients improve sales and profit by utilizing sophisticated analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, is seeking a Senior Analyst for its New York City location. The Senior Analyst plays an important role on a project team by taking ownership of key phases of the project including client contact, presentation development, and delivery of projects.
The Senior Analyst leads all analytics on assigned projects including developing behavioral analyses utilizing clients' transactional shipment and/or syndicated sales information including IRI and Nielsen data and employing sophisticated analytic methodologies to help clients work through challenging marketing planning issues and business questions. This role will be managing project process, delivering high quality presentations with limited assistance from a manager, providing consulting support for client contacts, and paying a key role in the development and growth of existing client relationships.

| Requirements: 4+ years of marketing mix modeling experience coming out of a market analytics/research or advertising firm are essential. No financial services backgrounds are required. A Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Statistics or Operations Research, Business Communication, and Marketing is required. Familiarity with multiple regression analyses is necessary. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to organize and prioritize schedule; the ability to work well with others in a team environment; and strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with SPSS and/or SAS is a plus. Client interaction and management experience is a plus.
