| Description: This person performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. This role develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective; and works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. This person develops and executes systems testing; and acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- 4+ years of experience developing application based Functional Specifications
- Experience with Visio and Functional workflows
- Experience working with Development Managers to create Tech Specifications
- Experience with prototypes (light HTML wireframes) and/or creative mockups
- Experience with campaign process in Credit Card project is a plus
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
