| Description: Troubleshoot circuit (T1), telephone lines, and network equipment issues in the retail environment. Utilize strong customer service and experience troubleshooting circuit (T1) and POTS lines. Respond efficiently and have the willingness to learn in high pace team environment.

| Requirements: Good computer skills, good with people on the phone, and need to have a basic knowledge of networking skills for both voice and data. Candidates will need to be able to troubleshoot with our client's network and voice equipment remotely. The Engineer must be familiar with Cisco routers and switches, Adtrans, and telephone systems and with T1s to include the terminology (what connects to what). They will also need a basic construction term knowledge (conduit, demarcation, and power)
