| Description: Our client, a Professional Services firm is seeking a highly skilled, technical Tax Partner or Sr. Manager (Fast-track). You will work closely with the Managing Partners on complicated tax returns, tax projections, and financial forecasts for M/A, new real estate development, expanding medical practices and buy-sell agreements. This will be very high level work that requires excellent research skills, -hands on- experience and high level client communications. You must be able to -see the big picture-.

| Requirements: 10+ years of tax experience (preferably in public accounting), CPA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required. You must be able to display technical tax knowledge. Strong knowledge of tax compliance/research/planning is required.
