| Description: Our client, one of the largest and most stable companies in the world, is seeking an Internal Auditor. This person will work within a team environment and assist with both financial and operational audits. In addition, this person will also work on foreign regulatory compliance (similar to U.S. SOX). The majority of travel in this position will be domestic and will range about 25% - 30% with some potential foreign travel. Compensation and benefits for this position are highly competitive.

| Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum 2+ years of related audit experience. A CPA is preferred but is not required. In addition this person should also have an audit background that includes experience from a manufacturing or distribution company (inventory audit experience is key) and experience with either SOX or a foreign equivalent (JSOX). The internal auditor should be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task, as well as have strong communication and inter-personal skills.
