Description: Perform and coordinate the analysis and design of business systems. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Work closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develop and execute systems testing. Act as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.
As an Senior Business Analyst, you will help provide quality technology solutions that address line of business needs by developing and documenting business requirements in the Loan Agency and Trading Teams.
Specifically, the role requires you to:
- Perform detailed requirements analysis required for the Operations Sponsored initiative to consolidate the two separate Loan IQ instances in order to achieve significant operational saves
- Analysis will focus on the gap analysis of key reference data tables and the documentation and agreement of a Target Operating Model (process flows)
- Regularly interacting with Operations users and Technology partners located around the word including New York, Delaware, Chicago, Houston, London, and India
- Documenting detailed business requirements, process flows and other documents as necessary
- Provide status reports and written feedback on progress made
- Work within a team environment where tasks are divvied up on a an as-needed basis

Specific Qualifications:
- Must have a strong background in loan syndications and traded loans from a systems and operational perspective
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in the loan agency / loan trading space
- Must have strong knowledge of the Loan IQ vendor loan agency and trading platform
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Familiarity with Traditional Credit Products including LCs
