| Description: Kforce is seeking a Government Compliance Senior professional with the ability to plan ahead and schedule internal control review assignments in meeting management objectives and make reasonable recommendations supported by sound evidence. Knowledge of audit work paper preparation, contract lifecycles, and indirect rates will be helpful. Support liaison activities for DCAA during their audits.

Requirements: Basic Compliance Supervisor Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience
- Experience in a government contracting environment
- Working knowledge of FAR / DFARS, CAS, GAGAS, GAAS, and GAAP (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a requisite
- Solid organizational skills are required
- Experience in performing internal control reviews of purchasing, estimating, accounting, labor accounting, timekeeping, incurred cost submissions, timekeeping, subcontracts, compensation, indirect / ODC, and billing systems is a plus
- Prior work experience with DCAA or internal or external audit department is preferable
