Description: This position requires analyzing and reconciling data from a variety of data sources to present cohesive views of enterprise data in the IT data domain to provide information to support IT governance decisions. Types of data and information to be collected and analyzed include customer data, requirements data, information technology project data (project plans and schedules), enterprise architecture data, technical reference model data, and IT asset data. data analysis deliverables include information required to develop an enterprise integrated master schedule, architectural dependencies, technical reference model, program management reviews, enterprise risk/mitigation strategies, and information technology capabilities data.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Analyze and integrate information from disparate systems of record into a single version of the truth
- Create meaningful visualizations of data and information from disparate data sources
- Apply standard systems practices and industry best practice methods to the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of information systems
- Communicate effectively using oral, written, and multimedia techniques
- Manage change in the dynamic and global environments of automated systems
- Use technology to research information needed to produce informed decisions for organizations
- Apply appropriate problem-solving methodologies to the analysis and solution of problems
- Apply knowledge of the concepts and principles of computer and information science to the management of changes and developments in information systems and technology
- Ensure compliance of policy and standards or appropriate adaptation of those standards work with the information system development team to identify source databases and enterprise data repositories
- Identify current trends and patterns in computer and information science to apply effective research techniques, conduct analysis

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience or 8 years of experience in business, information systems, data analysis, statistical analysis or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least 5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in an intelligence community environment. This requires 10-15 years of experience. Desired but not required experience includes the following: PMP, ITIL, Certified data Management Professional, DODAF and/or FEA experience, ITIL experience, Intelligence Community experience.
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated abilities in the following areas:
- Working knowledge of the methods, concepts, and practical applications of information systems
- Skills in the analysis, definition, and documentation of problems and solutions in the field of computer and information science
- Demonstrate skills in systems analysis appropriate to the Management of information systems projects
