Description: Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst for a New York client.
Functions:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the Salesforce.com application with internal users
- Liaise with various business users
- Gather requirements and configure Salesforce.com to create meaningful functionality
- Troubleshoot issues within the Salseforce.com system and/or bugs within configured functionality
- Perform administrative duties for the application
- Generate periodic administrative reports and dashboards
- Work closely with other Global CRM team members to support data quality, data migration, and user adoption
- Write custom code and S-controls within Salesforce to develop customized functionality
- Contribute actively on integration of Salesforce.com with other systems such as billing, contracts, and subscription database
- Lead small projects for enhancements, integration, or roll-out to a small user group

Requirements: Required Skills / Experience:
- Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce.com application configuration and administration
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Work well independently or on a team and able to manage own time effectively
- Demonstrate sharp, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
- Ability to write SQL queries and PL/SQL code
- Good understanding of CRM systems, common functions, and usage
- Java, JavaScript, JSP, and HTML
- Understanding of Web application architecture, APIs, SOAP, and XML
