Description:  Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst for a New York client. Functions:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the Salesforce.com application with internal users
  • Liaise with various business users
  • Gather requirements and configure Salesforce.com to create meaningful functionality
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Salseforce.com system and/or bugs within configured functionality
  • Perform administrative duties for the application
  • Generate periodic administrative reports and dashboards
  • Work closely with other Global CRM team members to support data quality, data migration, and user adoption
  • Write custom code and S-controls within Salesforce to develop customized functionality
  • Contribute actively on integration of Salesforce.com with other systems such as billing, contracts, and subscription database
  • Lead small projects for enhancements, integration, or roll-out to a small user group
Requirements:  Required Skills / Experience:
  • Previous hands-on experience with Salesforce.com application configuration and administration
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Work well independently or on a team and able to manage own time effectively
  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server
  • Ability to write SQL queries and PL/SQL code
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, common functions, and usage
  • Java, JavaScript, JSP, and HTML
  • Understanding of Web application architecture, APIs, SOAP, and XML
