| Description: Consultants will be site architects responsible for creating the technical architectures and roadmaps which move the existing site from the current environment to the strategic vision. Architect candidates must have excellent organizational and time management skills since multiple projects are assigned at one time. The candidate must be able to work in a continually evolving environment; collaborate in a cross-team, global environment; understand business priorities and balance the work across those priorities, and deliver on commitments in a timely manner. Candidates need a blend of strong technical and professional skills.

Requirements: Technical Architect Qualifications:
- Must be an expert with Web architecture and Web technologies including Java, WAS, WPS, etc.
- Must be very strong with the development of high availability Web applications, large scale, high volume Websites, content management systems, and relational database technologies
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Should have a good understanding of New Web Trends (wikis, blogs, podcasts, Ajax, etc.), WebSearch technologies, and Web development tools
- Architecting secure solutions
- Strategic thinking is required
- Degree (strongly preferred)
- Minimum experience needed: 5 years of IT
- Field of study: Computer Science, Math, Engineering (preferred); Management Information Systems (considered)
- Must have a deep knowledge of developing Web applications and application lifecycle management
- Further, you must demonstrate the ability to architect solutions that solve customers' needs; while containing elements of strategic alignment to a vision
- Candidates with project or team lead experience are preferred
- Telecommuter / mobile considered 2-3 days per week
