Description: A leading Financial Institution in the Paoli / Frazer area of Pennsylvania is looking for accomplished professional who has experience within Asset Maintenance including the ownership of security master. Qualified candidates will be accountable for effectively managing problems, assessing how to best satisfy client requests, and have a big picture focus on operations and system needs.
Responsibilities:
- Management, direction, and training of staff
- Develop, recommend, and execute business plans
- Interact with the sales team to secure new business and develop fee proposals
- Maintain direct client contact
- Manage conversions
- Manage relationships with internal / external clients
- Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions to streamline functions
- Prepare ad hoc reporting and complex special project work as assigned

Requirements: Asset Maintenance Management Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 plus years of related experience in operations and client relations
- Knowledge of financial securities markets, financial instruments, and security valuation as well as legal and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrable history of an understanding of operations in a financial service environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and spreadsheet proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
