| Description: A major client, located in New York City, is seeking an Oracle Developer. This person will code, test, debug, and document complex database programs to ensure that data processing production systems meet user needs. The Oracle Developer will enhance existing programs; work closely with end users in delivering high-quality application solutions; and provide guidance and training to less-experienced Programmers in order to improve productivity and efficiencies. This person will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues; conduct or participate in requirements / analysis sessions.

Requirements: Qualifying for this role requires the following:
- 5+ years of database development experience
- 3+ years of Oracle SQL/PLSQL experience
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle SQL (DDL + DML) and PLSQL
- Mastery of SQL analysis and tuning
- Expertise in large scale database engineering
- Hands-on data architecture design and development
- Practical creation and implementation of data models
- Full life cycle responsibilities including requirements, design, and development
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent engineering experience
