Description:  Kforce is seeking experienced Senior Flash ActionScript Developers with strong hands-on OOP experience for exciting game development projects to conceptualize, design, and develop Flash design concepts that meet company and client expectations and overall project goals. This Developer will work in a small team in designing and implementing advanced, next-generation game based solutions. We are seeking someone with 2-5 years of ActionScript 2/3 experience, high technical aptitude, a positive and team player attitude that is excited and ready to be challenged technically and grow overall technical skills. This Developer will play a key, collaborative role in developing concepts and treatments of game design. This position will write ActionScript code for programming games and developing prototypes and communicate ideas with various project development team members to solicit feedback and ensure support. The Developer will also assist to implement a Flash component framework for interactive games which will ensure performance, functionality, and flexibility. The Developer will develop and maintain code developed in Flash/Action Script 2/3 with use of OOP; create reusable Flash components to rapidly provide required functionality; design and implement functional prototypes; and troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with the project. This person will perform maintenance and operations on existing and future flash applications. The company offers a fun and exciting atmosphere to work in. Requirements:  Senior Web PHP Development Qualifications:
  • B.S. / B.A. degree in Computer Science, Graphical Design, or equivalent is preferred
  • A diverse and polished portfolio is required before an interview
  • Candidates must have 2-5 years of ActionScript programming experience and 1-3 years of multi-media design experience
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of multi-media and Web integration issues as well as knowledge of usability principles
  • Necessary skills also include current and previous versions of Adobe Flash, Illustrator, ImageReady, PhotoShop, ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0, and integrating XML in a Flash Application
  • Experience with animation in Flash is a major plus
