| Description: An Investment Management Firm in Western MA is looking for a junior level Help desk professional to join their team on a contract basis. This person will be responsible for queue execution and documentation. They will be in charge of managing tickets and pushing them out to the proper lines or resolving them on their own. They will be able to take initiative, be able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong organizational skills and be able to multi task. The right person will have excellent communication and customer service skills. They will also have the ability to be a team player as well as work individually or with business partners.
