Requirements: Senior Financial Management Qualifications include:
- Must have a CISA and SAP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or Management of Information Systems (required)
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or Management of Information Systems (desired)
Certification and Training (one or more of):
- Level-1 or higher in DAWIA Contracting career field
- PMI or DAWIA Certified Associate Project Manager or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certification as CISA, CGFM, CDFM, CFE, CIA, CPA, or eligible to sit for the CPA exams
- Data Analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma expertise at a Green Belt-level or higher with Risk Management experience
- SAP Certification or Training in Material Management, Financial Management, eProcurement, and SAP R/3
Specific Experience:
- 7 years of work related experience in DoD procurement or contracting to include sourcing, requisition management, purchasing, contract management, transportation and receipt, and vendor data including the Central Contract Registry
- 3 years of experience with SAP in areas such as eProcurement, Material Management, Federal Reporting, or Financial Management
- 3 years of experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or OMB A-123 implementation requirements, approach, and industry interpretation with experience developing SOX or A-123 project/program plans and assisting in remediation efforts
- Ability to design and execute testing strategies and develop documentation
- 3 years of Project/Program Management and/or previous Management Consulting firm experience desired with experience in detailed audit program preparation for operational, financial, and IT audits (highly desired)
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
