| Description: A Hartford Co. seeks a Sr. Financial Consultant. This person will lead the development of IBM Cognos TM1 financial models for Operations and Systems Finance. This person will lead the analysis of core financial processes including reporting, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis and charge back modeling to be used to design, build and deploy technical solutions. This person will develop materials and conduct end-user training across the organization; act as technical resource to less experienced members of the organization; and recommend and implement solutions for process inefficiencies.

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- Typically has a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting
- Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet and financial modeling and reporting tools, specifically IBM Cognos TM1
- Significant financial analysis/accounting experience
- Solid understanding of the IT Development life cycle
- Advanced formal financial education is preferred
- IBM Cognos TM1
- BS in Finance or Accounting
- Budgeting and forecasting
