Description: Kforce is seeking an Identity and Access Management Developer for a Framingham client.
Functions:
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Use your experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones in different cultures
- Identify, isolate, and resolve malfunctions related to software
- Consult with IS staff and users on technical issues relating to the System's
Lead and participate in projects
- Liaise with the functional and user teams
- Develop a working knowledge of the client's Identity Management business processes and system environment
- Support 24x7 global environments
- Ensure availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency
- Assist in the resolution of complex problems in support of production
- Perform core application tasks including software installation, upgrades, patching maintenance and application, back-up and recovery, space Management, partition maintenance, and object reorganization
- Support the system development environments and instances
- Ensure the recoverability of all production data for operational and business continuity needs
- Manage and monitor SLAs for uptime and performance of Oracle Financials Application
- Perform administrative duties including training, staff meetings, status reports, etc.

Requirements: Identity and Access Management Development Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience Identity and Access Management with a minimum 3 years of experience working with SUN Identity Manager
- Must have also worked on the Workflow and forms development and customization
- 3-4 years of experience in Java and scripting languages like Perl as well as UNIX / Linux
- 3-4 years of experience with Directory Server fundamentals, LDAP, Oracle, and/or MySQL
- Must be proficient in Xpress language and XML fundamentals
- Must be able to build and maintain the Sun Identity Manager solution which includes integrating Sun IdM with PeopleSoft, LDAP directory (SUN One and Active Directory), AS400, other custom applications, and other services to manage the identity lifecycle across the enterprise
- Experienced in integration of SUN IDM with different data repository like PeopleSoft, Active Directory AS400 systems, and other LDAP directories
- Experience supporting complex directory service as well as Identity and Access Management (SSO) environments on a global scale
- Experience with Access Management tools such as Sun Access Manager (a plus)
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Experience working in a Sarbanes-Oxley controlled environment
- Experience with best practices frameworks such as ITIL
