| Description: A world class company in Woodbridge, NJ, seeks an IT Loan IQ and/or ACBS computer applications Business Analyst/Project Manager to plan and design business processes and make recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. This person evaluates user requirements, plans and designs business specifications and processes, and documents associated IT system requirements. This person will manage complex projects; define requirements for and support system implementation testing and change request management; and make recommendations in order to improve and support business activities, especially in terms of automation opportunities. This role will utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner; and support IT-related controls.

| Requirements: 5+ years of business analysis or comparable experience in a complex leasing and lending environment is critical. Experience managing several large, complex projects is required. Strong verbal and written communications experience is required, especially in terms of requirements engineering and system and process documentation. Strong analytical skills are required; 5+ years of experience analyzing and implementing automated systems are essential. Candidates must have experience with industry-standard leasing and lending products. A solid understanding of the key leasing/lending business areas and value chain; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and the ability to multi-task effectively are required.
