Description: Kforce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a DC client.
Functions Include:
- Preparing and analyzing financial forecasts
- Analyzing financial variances
- Providing financial support to senior management and department heads
- Performing complex business analyses and serving as a resource to key decision makers in the firm
- Providing custom reports for financial analysis with multiple financial databases utilizing various reporting tools including Microsoft Access, Crystal, and other programs as necessary
- Providing lease/purchase analysis
- Generating ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Timely and regular attendance
- Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements: Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Elite, BI, Crystal, SQL, FRX, FAS, and Access experience
- Be quantitatively oriented
- Have strong financial modeling skills
- Have a detailed understanding of financial statements
- Have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel which is necessary in order to develop and maintain complex financial models
- SQL development experience
- Ability to create and analyze stored procedures
- Must be able to work closely with firm management
- Should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Four year College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field (required)
- CPA (preferred)
- Prior law firm or professional services firm experience (a plus)
