| Description: Our client is seeking a Tax Accountant. This person will bring tax expertise to assist the Client in achieving short term and long term expectations and goals. Candidates who are qualified and interested are encouraged to apply.

| Requirements: Knowledge of Pro-System Tax software is a plus but not required. Candidates should have ability to prepare individual and corporate tax returns, compile financial statements, communicate effectively, and multi-task. The Clients are all closely-held, private companies (no SEC work), which require daily contact, and superior interpersonal skills. 2-4 years of Public accounting Tax experience and a Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A CPA is a plus or in the process of obtaining.
