| Description: This person will provide hardware diagnosis and repair of HP equipment on a remote basis. This person will identify issues; develop action plan; document repair and walk onsite personnel through the fix. This person can live anywhere as there is no relocation required.

Requirements: 5-7 years of experience working with some of the following HP products:
- Superdomes
- RP8400, 8420, 8620, 7410, 4440, 7400, 7405, 7420, 7620, 5400, 2400, 3440
- L series, N series, RX series ( 9610, 8620, 8620, 5670, 4640, 2600) Storageworks series (XP 48, 128,256 512,1024)
- Optical jukeboxes and Virtual arrays (VA5000, 3000, 7410, and 7110) are a plus
- Experience with Blades or Proliants are a plus
- Peripheral hardware knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with short deadlines
- HP certified system engineer or certified system administrator is a plus
- Netserver certification is a plus
