| Description: The Project Leader/Senior Network Engineer works with independent and discretionary judgment to manage the network and data communications systems in all offices. The Project Leader/Senior Network Engineer assists the user support group in resolving complex problems, analyzes system statistics and performance; recommends enhancements when required, researches, identifies, and recommends concepts and schemes to enhance the value of the networks. In addition, this position is responsible for the continual analysis of network architecture and design, planning and implementing the updating of the architecture, maintaining operating system and server standards. This position works closely with the Network Engineer to guide activity and direction.

| Requirements: The Project Leader/Senior Network Engineer must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical major. An MCSE is required. A minimum of five years in management of Local/Wide Area Networks is required. Certification in Windows Server platforms is required. Extensive knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, and MS Exchange is required. Familiarity with SQL Database design is desired. Cisco experience is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of server hardware, network communications hardware, storage systems, and PCs is required. Demonstrated ability in working independently as well as part of a team is necessary. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills are required. Candidates must have expertise in the use of the latest Information Systems technologies. Candidates must possess an excellent customer service attitude.
