Description: Our client is currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager for a great company located in the Atlanta area
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file Company's quarterly and annual SEC filings, management discussion and analysis, and related footnote disclosures
- Review and implement new accounting guidance
- Technical accounting research as issues arise
- Coordinate company transition to IFRS
- Review of stock based compensation expense entries
- Serve as the primary contact for external auditors for SEC Reporting
- SOX compliance for SEC Reporting, FAS 123R, and Consolidations
- Position will report directly to the Controller

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- CPA with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Public accounting experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements including technical accounting research
- Basic understanding of foreign currency accounting (SFAS 52) and stock based compensation (SFAS 123R)
- Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities
