Description: The Contact Center Solutions Architect will be responsible for the suite of solutions to support the Global Contact Center business. The candidate should have experience with Cisco implementations of Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Customer Voice Portal. In this position, you will join the Global Network Communications Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical leadership, architecture, design, project management, and deployment of the Contact Center solutions. The position is recognized as integral to both revenue generating and operationally efficient functions of the company.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Technology Architecture, Design, and Engineering of Contact Center solutions
- Business Requirements Collection and Analysis
- Technical Communications and Consulting
- Establish and maintain key relationships with business owners
- Establish and maintain key relationships with strategic suppliers such as Cisco, Verint, AT/T, and Global Crossing
- Participates with Contact Center Directors to establish plans for short term and long range plans

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT
- Cisco UCCE development and deployment experience
- Cisco UCCE Solution Architecture and Integration Design experience
- Cisco UCCE Script Design and Deployment experience
- Cisco UCVP Solution Architecture and Integration Design experience
- Cisco UCVP Application Design and Development experience
- H.323 and SIP deployment experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a computer related field
- Data networking knowledge
- Cisco Voice Certifications, CCNA and CCVP
- Avaya Definity, ACD, Conversant, and CMS support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication)
- Understanding of network security concepts
- Database and programming skills/knowledge
- Experience with a disciplined development methodology and release management process
- Working knowledge of Java Message Service - SONIC
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within Telecommunications infrastructures: PRI/T1/DS3/SS7 Circuits and Signaling Protocols
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within LAN/WAN Networks
- Experience with Cisco data model and reporting, DB optimization / performance tuning, and SQL
